Module for tetrahedralization of hexahedral cells.

Functions

`cell_to_5tetra`(cells)	Generate tetrahedral indices by dividing one cell into 5 tetrahedra.
`cell_to_6tetra`(cells)	Generate tetrahedral indices by dividing one cell into 6 tetrahedra.
`calculate_tetra_volume`(vertices, tets)	Calculate the volume of tetrahedra.
